Sourcing terms explainedEvery supplier on Viaty goes through a rigorous multi-step verification process including business registration checks, trade reference verification, factory audits (for manufacturers), and ongoing performance monitoring. Our AI continuously monitors supplier reliability scores.
Viaty itself does not enforce minimum order quantities. Each supplier sets their own MOQs. However, our platform makes it easy to filter and compare suppliers by MOQ, so you can find the right fit for your order size — from small trial orders to bulk production runs.
When you place an order, your payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the supplier once you confirm that goods have been received and meet quality standards. If there is a dispute, our resolution team steps in to mediate and protect your interests.
