By accessing or using the Viaty platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Viaty is a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Viaty provides a global trade platform connecting verified buyers and sellers. The Service includes product discovery, order management, escrow payments, compliance tools, and trade services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in British Pounds (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Transaction fees are calculated as a percentage of the order value processed through the platform.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
